Delivery
Subscribe now for next-day delivery straight to your door. Your onboarding includes a walkthrough of all your ride’s features, plus a test ride and any personal adjustments to ensure you’re ready to go.
Repair
Book your repair via the app and our Concierge Team will come to you (8am-8pm, Mon-Sat). Leave your ebike securely locked and get a repair or replacement on the spot.

Theft Protection
With state-of-the-art locks and insurance included with your ride, you’re well protected. If the worst should happen, you’ll get your ebike or emoped replaced within 24hrs. Learn more.
